How to Use the Elecpro FD30-CT90E Rice Cooker

Follow these simple steps to cook perfect rice or steam food every time:

Prepare Rice and Water:
- Measure rice using the included measuring cup (1 cup = ~150g uncooked rice).
- Rinse rice under running water 2-3 times (optional, but removes excess starch for fluffier results).
- Place rinsed rice in the inner pot, then add water according to the rice type:
  - White rice: 1:1.2 water ratio (1 cup rice = 1.2 cups water).
  - Brown rice: 1:2 water ratio (1 cup rice = 2 cups water).
Place Inner Pot in Cooker:
- Wipe the outer bottom of the inner pot dry to prevent overheating or damage.
- Place the pot securely into the cooker, then close the lid tightly (you’ll hear a click when sealed).
Select Cooking Mode:
- Press the "Rice Type" button to select white rice, brown rice, or mixed rice.
