The CM-G001 solves this with temperature-controlled pre-brewing: before full brewing, the machine releases a small amount of hot water (195-205°F, the optimal temperature for coffee extraction) to saturate the grounds. This "blooming" process releases trapped CO2 from the beans, allowing for more even extraction of oils and flavors—resulting in a cup that’s smooth, aromatic, and free of bitterness.
This feature sets the CM-G001 apart from basic models, making it ideal for coffee enthusiasts and commercial settings (like cafes or hotels) where quality is non-negotiable.
The built-in grinder eliminates the need for a separate appliance, saving countertop space and ensuring freshness (ground coffee loses flavor within 30 minutes of grinding).
