1. Prepare Ingredients: Add your ingredients to the inner pot (e.g., rice, meat, vegetables). For rice, use the included measuring cup (1 cup rice = 2 cups cooked rice) and rinse briefly.
2. Add Liquid (if needed): Most recipes require liquid (water, broth) to create steam. Follow recipe guidelines— typically 1:1.2 ratio for rice (1 cup rice + 1.2 cups water).
3. Secure the Inner Pot: Wipe the outer bottom of the inner pot dry (to avoid damage) and place it in the cooker. Close the lid firmly until you hear a "click" (ensures proper sealing).
4. Select Cooking Mode: Press the "Power" button. Use the "Menu" button to choose a preset function (e.g., "Stew," "Rice"). For custom pressure, press "Pressure" to switch between high (70Kpa) and low (40Kpa).
