How to Use the Elecpro induction heating rice cooker

Prepare Ingredients: Use the included measuring cup to add rice (1 cup of rice = 2 cups of cooked rice) and rinse it under running water until the water runs clear. Drain excess water.
Add Water to the Inner Pot: Place the rinsed rice in the non-stick inner pot. Add water according to the rice type:
- White rice: 1.2x the volume of rice (e.g., 1 cup rice = 1.2 cups water).
- Brown rice: 2x the volume of rice (e.g., 1 cup rice = 2 cups water).
- Porridge: 5-6x the volume of rice (adjust for desired thickness).
Place the Inner Pot in the Cooker: Wipe the bottom of the inner pot dry (to avoid damage to the IH coil) and place it securely inside the cooker. Close the lid firmly.
Select a Cooking Menu: Plug in the power cord. Use the touch screen to select your desired menu (White Rice, Brown Rice, or Porridge). The LED display will show the selected menu and estimated cooking time.
Set the Delay Timer (Optional): If you want to delay cooking, press the "Timer" button and use the +/- buttons to set the desired delay time (up to 24 hours). The cooker will start automatically at the set time.
Start Cooking: Press the "Start" button. The cooker will begin heating, and the display will show the cooking progress.
Complete Cooking & Serve: When cooking is finished, the cooker will automatically switch to "Keep Warm" mode (maintains rice at 60-70°C for up to 12 hours). Wait 5-10 minutes for the rice to settle, then open the lid and use the included rice scoop to serve.
